I live in a condo and received this item to store a grill and make room for additional seating-so far it is fulfiled that role quite well. the plastic bench shaped the wood grain in it and flexes a bit when I sit, but not at an alarming rate (190 pounds). the seat depth is long so provides a nice place to flop down and read or open mail on my balcony. time will tell how the plastic holds up in the cold and the Sun of nevada. the Assembly was quick and fairly intuitive-virtually

I am a mechanic; someone more experienced could probably put together much quicker. the tool only extra I needed was a large head screwdriver.
